n 2025, Cementation teams worked 92,564 hours alongside our partners at Climax Molybdenum Company, a Freeport-McMoRan company, at the Henderson Mine, supporting one of the most technically challenging development projects the site has undertaken. Together, we achieved one full year with zero injuries, strong compliance that reflects disciplined and safe work practices, and record annual and monthly development footage.
These results represent more than performance. They reflect the collective effort and dedication of everyone involved, from frontline crews and supervisors to electricians, ventilation teams, and support crews across the mine.
