Ayant grandi juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Salt Lake City, dans l’Utah, Chad a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s’int\u00e9resser \u00e0 l’exploitation mini\u00e8re \u00e0 la fin de ses \u00e9tudes secondaires, apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9couvert le programme d’ing\u00e9nierie mini\u00e8re de l’universit\u00e9 de l’Utah. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure de ses \u00e9tudes, son appr\u00e9ciation de l’industrie et du r\u00f4le essentiel qu’elle joue dans la vie de tous les jours s’est accrue.

Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l’universit\u00e9 de l’Utah avec une licence en ing\u00e9nierie mini\u00e8re, Chad a construit une base solide gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des stages dans les mines de charbon souterraines et \u00e0 ciel ouvert, suivis d’une ann\u00e9e de travail dans les mines de charbon souterraines apr\u00e8s l’obtention de son dipl\u00f4me.

Depuis qu’il s’est joint \u00e0 Cementation en juin 2024, Chad a acquis de l’exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 travers plusieurs projets. Il a commenc\u00e9 comme mineur de puits sur un projet d’\u00e9l\u00e9vation d’\u00e9vent, o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9 au minage de puits et a rapidement trouv\u00e9 son cr\u00e9neau. Il a ensuite fait la transition vers un r\u00f4le d’ing\u00e9nieur de projet et de technicien de puits, soutenant les efforts de construction, et il contribue actuellement \u00e0 un projet de puits.

L’exp\u00e9rience pratique acquise au d\u00e9but de sa carri\u00e8re a fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 l’approche pratique et ax\u00e9e sur les solutions de Chad, l’aidant \u00e0 combler le foss\u00e9 entre la conception et l’ex\u00e9cution.
