Today we were proud to welcome four students for Take Our Kids to Work Day, giving them a hands-on introduction to the exciting world of mining and engineering — and a chance to see what their parents do every day at work!
From Young Worker Awareness and Mining 101 sessions to a shop tour and department shadowing, our participants learned not only about the many paths a career in mining can take, but also about the teamwork and dedication that drive our daily operations.
