With 8 years of experience as a mechanic — and the last year and a half leading our maintenance team — Joe plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
His passion for the trade started early, during a high school co-op with Cementation. From that moment, he knew this was the career he wanted to pursue for life. Coming from a family of mechanics, Joe brought a strong foundation of knowledge to the role, and he’s continued to sharpen his skills ever since.
When asked what inspires him most about his work, Joe shared: “Taking an old, worn-out machine and bringing it back to life.”
