We continue to build on our legacy of safety. Over the course of this summer, 51 Canadian employees have each reached remarkable safety milestones — and together they’ve achieved an extraordinary 940,000 hours worked without incident since their hire dates.
Given that the average person makes about 35,000 conscious decisions a day (roughly 2,188 decisions per waking hour), that’s the equivalent of over 2.05 billion decisions — all while keeping safety top of mind.
Every safe hour counts. Every decision matters. Each one reflects not just individual effort, but the strength of teamwork: watching out for each other, staying mindful, and ensuring everyone goes home safely.
